Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
With a strong background in roster and timecard applications, the role will constantly reassess the roster application, and provide advice on the best way forward. Working with the Rostering and Payroll Teams, you will ensure the systems is fit for purpose.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

  • Ideally 5 years of general rostering configuration experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • High level of technical expertise, good requirement gathering skills
  • Good testing experience
  • 3-5 years work experience in a similar role
  • Essential you have used rostering systems i.e., UKG Dimensions, Kronos
  • Good presentation skills, can present configuration changes to non-technical team
  • Great documentation methodology
  • Desirable if you have good knowledge of Holidays Act 2003
  • Familiar with matters to do with infrastructure (SaaS) with technical teams
