Job Description
- Responsible for the revenue, operational cost and waste reduction of the F&B Outlet.
- Prepare reports for F&B Outlet’s including but not limited to manpower, operating expenses & beverage cost.
- Annual budgeting of manpower, capital expenditures (CAPEX) and financial salient points
- Plans and prepares sales forecast and budgets
- Planning of annual F&B Outlet’s events & promotions
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Outlet
- Responsible to ensure recruitment of manpower for the Outlet
- Ensure cleanliness of the outlets are well maintained.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Genting Highlands.
- Possess strong leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
