Job Description

  • Responsible for the revenue, operational cost and waste reduction of the F&B Outlet.
  • Prepare reports for F&B Outlet’s including but not limited to manpower, operating expenses & beverage cost.
  • Annual budgeting of manpower, capital expenditures (CAPEX) and financial salient points
  • Plans and prepares sales forecast and budgets
  • Planning of annual F&B Outlet’s events & promotions
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Outlet
  • Responsible to ensure recruitment of manpower for the Outlet
  • Ensure cleanliness of the outlets are well maintained.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Genting Highlands.
  • Possess strong leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
