Sales Coordinator
Hapag-Lloyd Finland is looking for a professional and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our sales Team in Helsinki
If you are:
Experienced in the commercial role within liner shipping business or logistics
Result driven team player with a proactive attitude
Customer centric - supporting a culture that encourages customer focus, individual development, efficiency, and collaboration
Self-confident and friendly when dealing with others
Able to work under pressure in fast changing environment and support your team within the changes
Fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish
In addition:
Just like us - you understand and like that business
You are excellent in communication, with proactive attitude, but also analytical skills
Goals and deadline motivates you and time-management is not a challenge
You have bachelor degree or equivalent
You have comprehensive, working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce
We are looking for someone, who will:
Ensure the highest level of quality and value for our customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd
Together with Sales Executives cover the relevant sales tasks including follow up on ongoing and new business with customers
Prepare and send rate quotations to customers
Monitor customer performance and follow up with customers where required
Align with all internal stakeholders to secure smooth start of new business
Work closely with Sales Execution for tender negotiation
Assist Customer Service with problem solving related to a customer issues
Validate and Input new customer data into Salesforce and Hapag-Lloyd systems
