Responsibilities:
- Conducts background checks and credit checks with various entities/institutions, and credit bureaus.
- Performs a crucial role in ensuring that all our clients’ loan application are processed in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Performs audit and final checking of all data submitted from acquiring and verification teams versus those data encoded on the system.
- Monitoring and updating of all repayment and cashing channels.
- Responds to inquiries regarding loan products/ application processes on several communication channels (i.e. emails, Facebook, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
- Above average encoding and record management skills.
- with experience in Credit Investigation/Review
- Knowledgeable with the use of MS Office Applications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willing to be trained.
- Self-starter, capable of multitasking, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Willing to work on Shifting Schedules, and on Holidays/Weekends
