Responsibilities

  • Verify inter-coy debits & account allocations.

  • Parked journals, accounted pre-paids & accruals.
  • Allocat misc and bank items.
  • Checks the time sheets and verifies variances.
  • Submission of payroll items.
  • Maintainance of personnel administration including provident fund and general employee enquiries.
  • Arrange travel, accomodation,venues & catering.
  • Process claims, prepared presentations and prepare correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Eighteen months to two years relevant experience
