As a Digital Learning and Content Specialist at Tesla, you will be part of the dynamic apprenticeship and dual study program team. Working collaboratively with the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of our processes and learning programs. Your main focus will be on creating engaging and informative digital learning content for our future talents, particularly for apprentices and students. Drawing on your expertise in psychology and your digital content skills, you will work closely with our experts to develop content that appeals to our Gen Z learners.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with trainers from the future talent and learning management system team to develop digital learning content using various tools in our Learning Management System
• Structure learning content, ranging from small modules to projects, within the Learning Management System
• Establish an internal Tesla network to ensure high-quality content and engage with internal stakeholders
• Create content in various formats to cater to different learning styles and coordinate and lead intern networking sessions to train the usage of digital tools
• Contribute to the organization and coordination of projects and events, including planning, organizing, and presenting
• Assist with HR Data management, maintenance, and auditing in close alignment with HR Operations
• Support in the maintenance and updating of learning materials and ensure smooth operations of the digital learning platform

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, demonstrating your understanding of human behavior and learning principles
• Advanced office skills and tool knowledge
• Experience or familiarity with digital content creation, web design, and customization and excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Proactive work mentality, with the ability to keep an overview and improve processes
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
• Strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity and patience with repetitive tasks
