- Train new Product Managers on the Wix methodology and tools to create great products
- Share knowledge and facilitate connections between Product Managers in the company for better collaboration and belonging
- Provide tools, training, and opportunities for Product Managers
- Establish a strong brand of product organization in Ukraine and the global market to attract the best talent to Wix
- Manage and own the recruitment process in Ukraine, from training interviewers to setting up the right hiring process, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Do hands-on product work, improve the presence of Wix products in the local market and launch any core features and product capabilities missing in Ukraine
- Collaborate closely with Devs, UX, BA, and Product Marketing, as well as with other business units at Wix
- 5+ years of proven track record in building best-in-class products
- Experience managing a B2C or B2B2C product team
- Proficient in product management skills such as strategy, wireframing, and timely delivery
- Sufficient technical background to work on complex systems
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their highest standards and grow professionally
- Excellent cross-organizational collaboration and leadership skills
