We are looking for an enthusiastic employee for our Sales & Support department. This is the place where you are the link between the customer and our beautiful LED products and where you have a suitable solution up your sleeve for every situation. You do everything to conclude a conversation in a positive and efficient manner.

Who are we?

You will be working at Ledstores. The company that coordinates all our online showpieces. We have several webshops where different target groups can indulge. All focused on LED lighting, of course. We have been around since 2012, so we are still young. But we are no longer in our infancy.

Ledstores has already received a number of beautiful nominations and awards in recent years. In addition, we find it extremely important that everything we do has a positive impact on both people and nature. For example, for every 100 orders we place, we plant a tree in a protected nature reserve in Uganda, so that it can recover after being covered!

And now back to you! Curious about what you do in a week as a Sales & Support employee?

It is Monday morning. You have the early shift and are therefore at the office at 8.00 am. Just a moment to pay attention to the mails. At 8.45am the daily stand-up with your colleagues from S&S starts, where we share news and updates. Of course, the weekend is also discussed and then it's time to go to your workplace. At 9.00 am the first phone calls can come in. Ah! There you have one. A customer is wondering where his order is, because he's expecting the electrician today. Annoying, but not a problem for you. You call our parcel service for an update and then you report back to the customer. Communication first!

Then it is already Tuesday. With a cup of fresh bean coffee, you settle down on our comfortable office chairs. You see an unpaid order come through. After having checked the payment platform Mollie, you ask the financial department about it. While waiting, you advise a customer on which LED he should use for his hairdressing salon and create a backorder in our warehouse system Picqer for a defective adapter. Then you get the redeeming word: this morning's order has been paid for! You mark it in our order system CCV. Another order on the way!

On Wednesday, you dive into our live-chat and WhatsApp messages. In the afternoon, you hand over the chats to a colleague and focus on e-mails and phone calls. Whether you can make an offer for a LED strip construction? Of course! Using the product codes, you very easily put together a list on our other ordering system: Lightspeed. You finalise the quotation and send it to the client.

On Thursday you sleep in. You start at 11.30 hours. As you walk to the entrance, you see a customer getting out of his car. You don't hesitate to speak to him. He has come to collect an order. You print out his Picqer pick list and take it to your colleagues in the warehouse. Meanwhile, you offer the customer a coffee. Once at your computer, you open ROBINHQ, where all the mails arrive. You read one about a damaged parcel. Yes, we do get negative experiences from time to time. You apologise and guarantee the customer that he will receive a new product as soon as possible. You call our parcel service to file a claim. That too is solved!

On Friday, you start on time again and open Slack. You check the channels of your department for the latest updates and you read about new developments in LED-land. Time to make our customers happy again! You check the delivery status of orders in our shipping system SendCloud and deal with return requests in our return system Returnless. In CCV or Lightspeed you make some adjustments to orders. You spend the rest of the day on the job and after a little chat with your colleagues about the weekend plans, you put on your coat and go home after a nice week's work.
