Scope of Service: Internal and Clients

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll Services , Compensation and Benefits ( 70%)

1. Handles end to end payroll processing and statutory reporting including the monthly remittances to SSS, PHIC, HDMF.

2. Handles BIR Tax reporting related to compensation which includes the 1601-C , 2316 and Alphalist / Annualization.

3. Assist in the benefits orientation to probationary employees and newly regularized employees.

4. Assist in the updating of employees’ government records and employer updates.

5. Assist in the release of final payments, and other exit documents.

Recruitment and Selection: (15%)

1. Post job advertisements, screen CVs, conduct video screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.

2. Update HR Trackers and Documentations including Applicant Tracker, Candidate Assessment Reports, 201 Files, and other recruitment related documents.

3. Prepare onboarding materials prior to onboarding date.

4. Prepare Job Offers, Contracts and other employee documentation prior to onboarding.

5. Prepare offboarding documents and ensure that turnover of pertinent documents and company access is taking place.

Employee Relations & Engagement: (15%)

1. Assist in resolving employee relations, concerns, and investigations.

2. Assist in the implementation of employee engagement activities, events and programs that would promote fun and productivity at work.

Job Qualifications:

a. With Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related course

b. With at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources Functions and Payroll.

c. Knowledge in HRIS & Payroll Software.

d. End to end Payroll Experience will have an advantage.

e. Familiarity with government remittances and reporting (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)

f. Strong background in Recruitment and Training

g. Keen to details an Pro-active

h. Candidates with personal laptop and internet connections will be prioritized.

i. Can start ASAP.

*Salary is negotiable based on the level of experience.
