About the job
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you’re a trustworthy partner in helping manage the operations of our restaurant and bar. You should be organized, prompt and can lead a team to ensure consistent and good quality products and services are maintained at all times.
We are looking for someone flexible, adaptive, proactive and self-motivated to use their skills and common sense.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, which include opening and closing procedures, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar area, and kitchen.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished products, and assist with managing orders to maintain stock levels
- Assist in managing the schedule of restaurant staff to maximize company resources
- Maintain and enforce standards for customer service, hygiene, and food quality
- Lead and train other restaurant staff to ensure consistent and high quality products and services
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure accurate and timely reports to management
- Ensure prompt order fulfillment

- Have the initiative to implement new strategies and innovative ideas to improve the restaurant’s efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience at a supervisor role in a restaurant is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills
- Polite and professional. Prompt and can come to meeting points on time as agreed.
- Flexible to be available on weekends and nights.
- Can communicate in Basic English
- Must be well versed in communicating with customers to address their needs and improve their experience
- Must be physically fit to carry some loads as needed.
- Must be willing to work in San Antonio, Makati
