This position is facilities management team’s trusted right hand on front desk service. This role is responsible for customer and user experience service like below to ensure all building process and best practices are implemented and maintained, also lend the team a big hand by providing admin support.
o Reception and switchboard operation
o Security Management support (back up of Soft Service Manager)
o EX (Employee Experience) program management
