We're looking for an HR Business Partner - Senior Manager to join our People team. This role can be based either in our Dublin or Helsinki offices.

As an HR Business Partner, you'll have a key role in driving our global people strategy and providing strategic HR support to our organization across our EMEA, NA, and JAPAC teams. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across our Sales, Customers, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Data teams to align people initiatives with our business goals, drive employee engagement, and enhance operational effectiveness. With your extensive HR knowledge and expertise, you will contribute to creating an inclusive and high-performing work environment that supports our employees' success as well as our strong culture and values.


Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

Strategic HR leadership: Partner with our senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies to align with our business objectives, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Business partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and expertise on people-related matters, anticipate business needs, and align them with needed initiatives.

Talent management: Develop and implement talent and leadership development strategies, career progression, and succession planning.

Performance management: Collaborate with leaders to support performance enablement processes, provide coaching and support on performance-related matters.

Employee engagement: Lead projects related to employee engagement in order to support our continuous and transparent feedback culture.

Organizational development and design: Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness via organizational development and design.

Employee policies and employee relations: Ensure our employee policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with local employment laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support on employee relations' matters.

Analytics and reporting: Utilize employee data and analytics to measure the impact of our programs, identify trends, and provide insights for business leaders.


This position is for you if you have…

  • Demonstrated (8+ years) experience as an HR Business Partner, working closely with senior leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives, including talent management, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Previous experience in managing a team of HR / People operations professionals and aspiration to drive success via others
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR operates as a partner for the business, combined with an ability to be proactive and to provide alternatives and options to the business based on your expertise
  • Ability to drive major change initiatives in a global organization
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, organizational development and design, and employee engagement
  • Strong experience in working in multicultural environments and global organizations, preferably in a technology and high-growth environments
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret HR data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to support business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
