  • Prepares and types of correspondence and complex company reports as instructed.
  • Duplicates, copies and distributes and mails materials for the office.
  • Maintains files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner.
  • Greets internal and external organization in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Announces visitors and/or handles requests, as appropriate.
  • Assisting in the office also business trip.
  • Organizing appointments and agendas.

  • Bachelor's degree from any major, having educational experience in the field of Secretary / Personal Assistant is preferred
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is a must
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role
  • Strong administrative background
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of google office
