• To monitor and oversee all the foreign and local operators. • To attend to hostel matters by reporting back any issues or needs with the hostel stayed by foreign workers. • Responsible for hostel management and ensure that foreign workers follow the company’s law and disciple. • Responsible for handling reports for human resources, hostel and administrative matters. • Handle requirements for personal, stationeries, operator computerized records / information / communication systems and carry out other tasks based on IT. • Any jobs assigned from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENT • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. • Proficient in HR matters. • High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented, excellent time management and committed. • Positive attitude and possess high level of CONFIDENTIALITY. • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Applicants must be willing to travel. • Applicants must be willing to work in Lahat, Perak.Wan Ly Protective Packaging Sdn.
