Requirements and qualifications:
Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any equivalent course.
Prior HR experience (no less than 2 years)
An understanding of labor laws, rules, regulations and best practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to showcase strategic thinking and tackle a problem from all angles
Any relevant training courses or credentials in Human Resources are a plus
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Proficiency with computers such as MS Office.
Protecting the interests of all employees.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
