Are you interested in helping to navigate senior executive teams and corporate boards through the world of cybersecurity? Are you energized by high-priority, fast-moving areas at the top of the corporate world? Do you want to play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership of dynamic cybersecurity teams?
We’re looking for a Group CISO Governance Lead in Zurich to support the UBS Group CISO in their dealings and accountability towards the UBS AG Board of Directors (BoD), Group Executive Board (GEB), and other senior governance bodies. The primary responsibilities of the postholder are to support the Group CISO by:

• maintaining effective relations with key relevant persons supporting the work of BoD, GEB, key members of the GEB, and other key senior functions
• acting as the principal point of contact for the Group CISO in the UBS AG HQ environment in Zurich
• contributing to the effective leadership of the broader Group CISO governance, regulatory and transformation domain
• ensuring the effective preparation of all Group CISO materials for all BoD/GEB meetings and other formal governance bodies, in close consultation with the offices of key senior stakeholders
• ensuring the effective coordination and oversight of other Group CISO matters across the BoD/GEB landscape and other key governance bodies

Your team

You will act as a lead for the Swiss governance team, which aligns to the bank’s global CISO organization. You will be reporting into the Head of Cyber Governance, Regulatory & Integration, with an accountability for delivery directly to the Group CISO.

Your expertise

• several years of experience leading a team and/or complex programs of work within a relevant area of risk and technology
• several years of experience playing a leading role in supporting the effective governance of large organizations
• advanced interpersonal, communication and organizational skills in navigating and influencing a disparate network of senior stakeholders
• demonstrable experience of creating and delivering high quality presentations, on complex topics, to senior stakeholder groups e.g. Board & ExCo levels, often under strict deadline pressures
• ability to think strategically across a complex set of issues
