POSITION REQUIREMENT

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent
  • STPM/SPM with minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist site leader in general administrative including typing, drafting letters, reports and minutes of meetings.
  • to handle stock for stationeries, spare parts and toiletries (tissue paper, sanitizing, SOPs, etc. and replenish when the stock level running low.
  • Liaison with various government department for registration and renewal of registration with Telekom.
  • To compile related reports for submission to HQ on monthly basis according to due date.
  • Compile checklists and attendance report of all sub-contractors to be submitted to HQ for billing purposes.
  • Compile subcontractors invoices for verification by site leaders before submission to HQ for payment process.
  • Coordinate complaints with technical team when the complaints directed to site office.
  • To be in charged for updating documentation with regards to the implementation of department’s procedure according to all ISOs standard.
  • Records and filing of all administrative documentation.
  • Perform relief of information counter when the staffs on duty is on leave and as and when required.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
