Kramp Hub discovers and builds e-commerce & data science solutions that are aiming at giving the ag-tech industry a push forward. We’re building a multi-tenant microservice platform, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year. The product is stable and allows us to focus our attention on new feature development.

As our Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of Kramp Hub and its engineers. With your passion for leading teams and focus on delivering results you make sure the teams are performing at their best and establish a more mature ‘Agile way of working”. This role will help teams with implementing Agile processes and identifying their team growth allowing the company to get to the next level.

Things that will keep you busy if you join our team as a Agile Coach:

  • Your main mission at the company and core focus is to help the teams grow in their maturity.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach for teams transitioning to agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility.

  • Provide guidance on implementing agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban across different departments, including Development, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on agile principles, practices, roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals/objectives using SMART criteria, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Facilitate effective sprint planning sessions by assisting product owners in backlog refinement activities and promoting prioritization techniques.

  • Support scrum masters in conducting daily stand-ups (daily meetings), retrospectives (reflective sessions), sprint reviews (demonstrations of completed work), and sprint planning meetings.

  • Identify impediments that hinder team productivity or limit agility; work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly while promoting self-management among teams.

  • Promote transparency by facilitating information sharing across various levels of the organization through tools like visual management boards or digital dashboards.

  • Work cohesively with other Agile coaches and scrum masters in the organization for a consistent agile way of working

What will help you be successful in this role:

  • Successful record as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Manager in a tech environment or has understanding of the software development lifecycle.

  • Have experience working with teams new to Agile development or coming from various backgrounds

  • Has experience with coaching diverse roles (software engineers, product owners, managers) in shifting from project to a product way of working

  • Have experience working in tech-driven companies and worked with developers before, so you know their way of working.

  • In-depth knowledge of various Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP)

  • You’re data-driven and want to help in the transformation from a budget-driven to a value-driven organization.

  • Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch is an advantage.

  • Open to traveling to Varsseveld (Kramp Office) and Utrecht (Kramp Hub Office)
