Urgently looking for experienced Accountant with minimum 7 years of experienced in a Import/Export company.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of minimum experience.
- Education qualification should include CA / ACCA / MBA FINANCE.
Urgently looking for Accountant with excellent support to Management in terms of Monthly Review & MIS, Management Dashboard reporting, Planning, Budgeting, and forecasting exercises, Divisional performance analysis, productivity analysis, Business Review Meeting presentations, etc.
- Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Trading and retail exposure will be an added advantage.
- Managing the Finance and Accounts function of the Trading Company.
- Developing the monthly regular & irregular financial reports at company and Group level and submitting the same to management.
- Review Accounting transactions for data accuracy.
- Handle the entire Audits at company and Group level.
- Handle all VAT related tasks such as Training, Filling and ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per latest VAT guidelines.
- Responsible for monthly book-closing activities at company and Group level.
- Liaising with Customers as well as internal personnel including the sales team.
- Enter the final set of data in the feasibility model and prepare a financial feasibility analysis in such a way as to present an accurate, complete, clear picture of the business, reflecting expenditure, place, marketability, recovery period, and profitability enabling the management to assess the viability of any projects.
- Regular review and implementation of internal controls throughout the Finance department and active participation in implementation of controls in other departments as well.
- Hands on experience in costing and absorption costing in order to ensure the profitability of different category of products and individual products.
