The Recruitment Manager is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company. We are a global team of thirty plus Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece, and the UK. We are looking for a senior leader on our team to lead critical hires across Athens in Client Services, Business Development, and other operational roles. This person will manage up to 5 Talent Acquisition team members.This position is a hybrid role in Athens.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the recruitment strategy for Client Services teams in Athens
- Manage a team of up to 5 Talent Acquisition professionals
- Build and manage relationships with Senior Managers across the UK and Athens
- Source candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other methods
- Manage incoming applications and review CV's with hiring management teams
- Focus on mapping professionals within industries and building talent pipelines
- Own the candidate process from sourcing to the offer stage
- Build and execute a campus program
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading recruitment teams across various business functions
- Proven experience driving global talent acquisition strategies and programs
- Full lifecycle recruitment experience in international markets
- Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Proven excellence in project management
- Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionally fluent in English
