AGCO Properties is looking for a Marketing Expert in Egypt to manage our marketing & lead generation efforts across UAE and Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns on different online media platforms in CIS countries
- Implement localized strategies and best practices to maximize qualified leads with interest to buy property in Dubai
- Understand the optimization steps in terms of reaching the right audience, acquiring potential customers & keeping the CAC in control
- Creating customized landing pages in local language for CIS markets
- Measure & report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals
- Prepare Weekly & monthly reports with insights on campaigns
- Maintain the Digital Marketing Activity Calendar & Budgets to plan and execute all performance marketing initiatives and meet deadlines at all the times
- Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions
- Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and key developments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate as marketing specialist.
- Excellent knowledge in creating digital marketing campaigns on all paid social media and search engine platforms
- Expertise in running campaigns on the most popular online platforms in CIS markets
- Fluent speaking communication in English
- Real estate marketing background will be a plus
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Staying up to date on the latest marketing technologies and social media
- Ability to drive marketing campaigns from conception to execution
Salary: As per Industry Standards.
