Overview
We are looking for an HR Onboarding Coordinator to join our team.
You will report directly to theHR Operations Supervisor. You will be responsible for expediting and ensuring timely completion of the on-boarding process bycommunicating with the candidate and hiring manager via phone and email outreach regarding required deliverables, compliance-related items, training, and follow-ups for each stage.
About You

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in HR-related areas
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with iCIMS preferred
