POSITION
A newly founded HRS Technology Unit covering a unique venture within the HRS Group. HRS is creating a new technology unit based on our existing successful platforms developed and operated from our Innovation Hub in Ho-Chi-Minh City, Vietnam. The new Technology Unit will be an exciting challenge for a passionate .Net developer, who will integrate and develop new technology for the new business venture.
CHALLENGE
- Designing, analyzing and implementing the software product including front end and back end
- Reviewing the source code according to requirements and standard software quality
- Writing the technical document if required
- Carrying out training sessions and workshop to guide the developer team if applicable
- Keep up to date with technology trends and development
- Inspiring and supporting junior developer
- Reporting to the team head
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Passionate in software development
- Good writing and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- At least 2 years of experience in programming software with .NET, C#, ASP, and databases (SQL database is preferable)
- Solid knowledge and experience with OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns
- Experience with standard software quality is an advantage
- Experience with Agile Scrum process is an advantage

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment, and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
