The Goodwood Park Healthcare Group is a leading provider of both community and residential services for people with a Mental Health Illness and/or Traumatic Brain Injury.
We are seeking two full time maintenance staff to join our busy team at our residential facility based in Ramarama, South Auckland. The role involves a large variety of indoor and outdoor, general building and grounds maintenance.
The successful candidate must have:

- a broad knowledge of general property and grounds maintenance
- horticulture/agriculture knowledge
- a good understanding of Healtnh & Safety
- an eye for detail and quality
- full New Zealand Driver Licence
- interest in working in a health/disability setting
- good time management skills and able to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
This role will suit someone who is reliable, with excellent communication skills and has a good ability to plan ahead. There may be some after hours work occasionally for urgent repairs.
