About Lemon8:
Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skincare, travel, and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments, and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Team Introduction :
The Content team collaborates with creators and deep dives into the categories. We are tasked with building Lemon8 verticals including Beauty, Fashion, Food, Travel, Lifestyle, etc, and establishing a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local tastes and preferences. Creator & Content Manager is independently responsible for a group of content creators, developing strategies to drive creator success in each category. Also, lead the campaigns for each category and increase awareness in local markets.

1. Track and analyze the performance of Lemon8 content through data-driven insights in a daily manner, select and feature content on mainstream SNS platforms in Indonesia
2. Operate Lemon8 official accounts on mainstream SNS platforms to develop accounts and increase Lemon8 visibility and build close connection with Lemon8 followers.
3. Responsible for topic selection/ topic inspiration; research and understanding current trends in Indonesia
4. Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to develop content quality, user activeness and support content strategy optimization.
1. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Written and verbal)
2. Good analytical, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
3. Have a strong sense of discovering quality content and is aware of the latest trends.
4. Interested in content creation and having a sense of design, editing and writing good content.
5. Independently manage multiple tasks, on-time delivery of works, detail-oriented and collaborative.
