This position oversees all the daily clinical operations, supporting Clinical Director and demands the incumbent to maintain a high level of clinical team performance by providing direct and indirect guidance, direction, planning, training, assessment, and feedback to address the needs of the clients.
This position is reporting to a Clinical Director, and required to collaborate with the Admissions, Medical, and Support teams to deliver the best treatment to potential and existing clients.
