Cleaner Operative
Clancourt Management is seeking a Cleaning Operative, the role is based in Dublin 2 in a busy commercial district. The position provides an opportunity to gain experience in the commercial property sector. The hours are from 08:00 am – 17:00 pm Monday to Friday.
The package includes pension contribution and discount to group health insurance scheme upon completion of probation period. Salary €31k per annum.

What you will be doing:
· Quality control on cleaning standards.
· Cleaning of all types of surfaces, tiles/glass/metals/carpet.
· Reception cleaning, dusting, mopping in a safe and effective manner.
· Shower block, cleaning shower trays, door handles, faucets, taps, sinks and toilets.
· Elevators, dusting and cleaning, applying metal cleaner etc.
· Attending car park area and bin room, ensuring clean and presentable.
